What couples say

Real celebrations

★★★★★

From the moment we toured the venue to the last dance, everything was seamless. The team knew exactly how to honor our traditions without us having to explain twice.

Priya & Rohan S.

Indian wedding · Grand Ballroom · 280 guests

★★★★★

We needed a venue that could do an Orthodox Jewish wedding and didn't feel like a banquet hall. The Hill delivered on both counts. The Kosher kitchen coordination was flawless.

Rachel & David K.

Orthodox Jewish wedding · 190 guests

★★★★★

Having our ceremony in the Sierra Courtyard and the reception in the ballroom was the best decision we made. Our guests couldn't stop talking about the views.

FAQ

Things couples
always ask

How long do we get the venue? +

All events are based on a 6-hour window — either morning (9am–3pm) or evening (6pm–midnight). Additional hours are available at $1,330/hour based on hotel availability, up to 3am.

Do we need a wedding coordinator? +

Yes — a professional event coordinator from our approved vendor list is required for all weddings. They work alongside our team to ensure every detail is executed. Same-day coordination is their domain; we handle the venue side.

Can we bring our own caterer? +

Absolutely. Our outside catering option is specifically designed for couples who want to bring in cultural or specialty cuisine. All outside caterers must be pre-approved by the hotel and carry event insurance.

What's included in the ceremony price? +

All ceremonies include white folding chairs, standard staging, and water stations. The Ballroom Circle starts at $5,000 and includes a catwalk option. Sierra Courtyard starts at $3,000. Both are priced separately from your reception package.

Can we extend the bar beyond the package hours? +

Yes. Additional bar hours are available at $22/person (standard) or $28/person (premium). You can also run additional hours on a consumption basis or set a per-person credit card limit.

What are the outdoor music rules? +

Due to local noise ordinances, outdoor music and entertainment must conclude by 10pm. Indoor events can continue until your contracted end time or 3am maximum with overtime approved.

What deposits and payments are required? +

A 25% non-refundable deposit is due at contract signing to hold your date. A full payment schedule is included in your contract, with the remaining balance due 30 days prior to the event.

Are confetti, sparklers, or CO₂ allowed? +

Confetti, CO₂ guns, sparklers, drones, fog machines, and open flames are not permitted on the premises. For any special effects questions, contact your event manager directly before booking your vendors.
