The outside catering package at The Hill covers everything on our side while your culinary team handles the food. Bar, staffing, rentals, venue coordination. Your caterer brings the menu.

A STAGE BUILT FOR A REAL BAND
The Grand Ballroom stage accommodates a full band setup with professional sound and lighting built into the room. Drums, keyboards, bass, guitar, wind instruments, vocalists. Your band plugs in and plays.
Indoor events can run until midnight, with overtime available until 3am. Outdoor music should wrap by 10pm per local ordinance, so ceremonies and cocktail hours work beautifully on the terrace before the party moves inside.
CEREMONY, RECEPTION, OR BOTH
Hold your ceremony at a church and your reception here. Or do both on-site. The Ballroom Circle and Sierra Courtyard are designed for ceremonies, and the Grand Ballroom is steps away for the reception.
Ballroom Circle starts at $5,000 and includes a catwalk option. Sierra Courtyard starts at $3,000. Both are priced separately from your reception package.

Yes, indoors. The Grand Ballroom has no noise restrictions. Indoor events run until midnight standard, with overtime available until 3am. Outdoor music must wrap by 10pm per local ordinance.

St. Leon Cathedral in Burbank is about 10 minutes away. St. Mary's in Glendale is about 15 minutes away. St. Garabed in Hollywood is roughly 10 minutes. We're centrally located for most parishes in the Glendale, Burbank, and Valley area.

Yes. Couples regularly set up elaborate dessert displays, candy tables, and sweet stations alongside the wedding cake. Your coordinator and our team plan the layout together.

Confetti, CO₂ guns, sparklers, drones, fog machines, and open flames are not permitted. Contact your event manager with any special effects questions before booking vendors.

Yes. A professional event coordinator from our approved vendor list is required for all weddings. They handle day-of coordination; we handle the venue side.

A 25% non-refundable deposit is due at contract signing. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the event.
