The Hill Los Angeles has indoor ballrooms with built-in sound, lighting, and AV, on-site catering with a kosher kitchen approved by the Rabbinical Council of California, and 939 hotel rooms in the same building. Our event venues accommodate celebrations from 50 to 1,200 guests, with the flexibility to support everything from an intimate family luncheon to a full evening reception with a DJ, dancing, and entertainment for both adults and kids.

What Comes With Your Venue

On-Site Catering with Kosher Kitchen
All food service is handled by our on-site kitchen, which includes a dedicated kosher kitchen approved by the Rabbinical Council of California for Orthodox supervision. Menus are built around your event: dual-track setups with stations for kids and plated dinners for adults, full buffets, or cocktail-style receptions. Dietary restrictions and custom menus are part of the planning process. Outside catering is also permitted for families who prefer to bring in their own culinary team.

Sound, Lighting, and AV
Built into the ballrooms. Sound systems support a DJ, live band, or MC without requiring outside AV rental. Projection and screen capability is available for montage videos. Microphones are provided for candle-lighting ceremonies, toasts, and speeches.

Setup and Breakdown
Tables, chairs, and linens are provided. You get time before the event to decorate and set the space. Breakdown is handled by our team after your event.

Parking
Three-level garage with valet and self-parking are both available.

The Hill is located inside Hilton Universal, with 939 rooms in the same building as your reception venue. Bar and bat mitzvah celebrations often extend across the full weekend: Friday night dinner, Saturday morning service, Saturday evening reception, Sunday brunch. Group rate availability keeps out-of-town family and guests in one place for the duration.

Outside Vendors Welcome

DJ, MC, event planner, photographer, videographer, florist, entertainment company, photo booth operator: outside vendors are welcome with proof of insurance. Our events team coordinates load-in times and setup logistics with your vendors to keep everything on schedule.
