We offer dedicated holiday celebration packages built specifically for corporate parties, each including a 3-hour premium hosted bar (premium spirits, imported beer, select wines, sparkling wine), tray-passed hors d'oeuvres, and a full dinner service.
Grand Holiday Buffet — Carving station with herb-crusted prime rib, two salads, three sides, two entrées plus vegetarian, and a dessert display. Built for parties where you want people moving, mingling, and going back for seconds.
Elegant Plated Dinner — Three-course seated dinner with options like filet mignon, pan-seared sea bass, or braised short rib. For groups that want a more structured evening with a polished feel.
Both packages include hors d'oeuvres passed during cocktail hour: mini beef Wellington, crab cake bites, truffle mushroom arancini. Add a midnight specialty coffee station with hot chocolate, peppermint, and holiday biscotti for $18++/pp.

150–500 guests. Company-wide holiday parties and larger office celebrations. Secondary ballrooms and combined indoor-outdoor layouts handle this range with room for a dance floor, bar stations, and separate lounge areas.
500–1,200 guests. The Grand Ballroom seats up to 1,200 and supports full production: staged entertainment, lighting design, and catering for the entire group. Pre-function areas handle arrival flow and registration without bottlenecks.
