A VENUE BUILT FOR MULTI-DAY INDIAN CELEBRATIONS
Five venues and an on-site hotel mean your mehndi, sangeet, ceremony, and reception can all happen at one address across multiple days. Different spaces, different setups, one coordinated event team.
Hilton Universal City sits adjacent to every venue. Book rooms at a group rate for family and guests staying the full weekend. Between events, everyone is minutes from their room instead of fighting LA traffic between locations.

BARAAT-READY ARRIVAL SPACES
Front Drive and Ballroom Circle both offer open-air space for the full procession to unfold with room for the arrival, the energy, and the photos. Your event manager coordinates timing so the transition from baraat to ceremony flows without a gap.
CEREMONY SPACES AND MANDAP SETUP
The Grand Ballroom's ceiling height and open floor plan accommodate full-scale mandap installations indoors. Outdoors, Ballroom Circle and Sierra Courtyard are built for open-air ceremonies. Your decorator gets full access for installation and breakdown, and our team coordinates scheduling with them.
Ballroom Circle starts at $5,000 and includes a catwalk option. Sierra Courtyard starts at $3,000. Both are priced separately from your reception package.
SANGEET, LIVE MUSIC, AND ENTERTAINMENT
The Grand Ballroom stage handles full band and DJ setups with professional sound and lighting already in the room. Choreographed performances, live musicians, and high-energy entertainment all have the space and production they need.
Indoor events can run until midnight, with overtime available until 3am. Outdoor music should wrap by 10pm per local ordinance.
