Our kitchen runs everything on-site. Whether you're doing a plated dinner for 150 or a buffet station setup for 300, the food is handled by one team with one point of contact. Menus are built around what you want — tell us the cuisine, the dietary restrictions, the vibe you're going for, and we'll put together options that work for your guest count and your budget.

Bar Service
Full bar setup with cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options for younger guests and anyone who isn't drinking. If you want a signature drink, a champagne toast for the brindis, or a specific beverage setup, our bar team builds it out with you.

Sound & Lighting
The ballrooms come with built-in sound systems and lighting, no outside AV rental needed. Your DJ or band plugs into what's already there. Mics are available for toasts, the ceremony, or the father-daughter speech.

Setup and Breakdown
Tables, chairs, and linens are provided. You get time before the event to bring in your decor, arrange centerpieces, set up a photo wall, or do whatever you need to make the space match your daughter's vision. When the last song plays, you walk out — breakdown is handled.

Bring Your Own Vendors

Outside vendors — DJs, photographers, videographers, florists, cake artists, balloon installers, photo booth operators — are welcome with proof of insurance. We just ask that you loop us in on what's coming so we can coordinate load-in times and make sure everything fits the space safely.
